NEW INFRASTRUCTURE TO PROCESS MANAGE ALL ISO 17025:2015 AUDITS
Endoval provides validation for endoscope decontamination equipment and water analysis for many hospitals and health care providers. All quality and compliance procedures were maintained and managed using paper and associated electronic data tools. The compliance management overhead for the company required them to look for a solution that would manage the audit procedures. The system would need to

MIGRATING TO AN INNOVATIVE SOLUTION
Endoval selected the VERTHOS Digital Workflow platform from Checksolo, based on its flexibility and simplicity to integrate into the Endoval environment. The VERTHOS platform provides Endoval with full access to all the data in the system that can be made available through PDF Reports, published API or by simply exporting the data to other platforms.
Checksolo provided the VERTHOS Digital Workflow platform as a SaaS based fully configurable compliance platform, that allows Endoval to dynamically manage and control the compliance audit procedures. Checksolo performed the analysis requirements, supported the configuration and on-site training of the platform to ensure a smooth migration from a paper-based system to the VERTHOS Digital Workflow platform.
